SJ Mela a huge success:

Thousands of people packed the San Jose Mela this year. Some were there to see Yudhvir Manak, Some were there to see Gippy Grewal, Some to see Gurbux Shonki, and some were there to see local talent such as Jagmeet SIngh "Jagga". With an approximate crowd between 5-7 thousand, the fans were not disappointed. Jagga had a solid performance and rocked the crowd by singing some boliyan as well as 2 verses of his new song Punjabiyan Dha Dhol Which will be featured on his debut album.

April is a time for Mela's and As Jagga begins his Mela Circuit, This will be the first Opportunity people will have to see Jagga in San Jose. He is scheduled to be appearing at the San Jose Mela This Saturday April 28th at the San Jose Fairgrounds AT 12:00 pm..He will be performing a couple numbers and looks to put on a great show for the fans and supporters. Also Appearing at the Mela will be Gurbux Shonki (The singer behind Ikko Tera Lakh Vargha), Yudhvir Manak (The son of Kuldeep Manak), and Gippy Grewal. Parking and Admission is Free so do not miss your opportunity to see local talent, as well as Punjab's talent at this event.

Jagga Begins working on Debut Album:

After recently going to Punjab, Jagga has locked an album deal with a producer in India. The producer's name is Eklove and he has produced over 43 albums in Punjab including albums by such stars such as KS Makhan, Madan Maddi and Jaspinder Narula, just to name a few. Terms of the deal were not made public however Jagga did say that they have began to screen songs and filter out the songs that they want to use on the album. A total of 12 songs will be selected. Out of the 12, the 8 tracks that turn out to be the best, will be the 8 tracks that go on his album. With duets being so hot in Punjab these days, we wouldn't be surprised if Jagga decided to sing a duet with one of the talented female singers he knows.
